Yes. Free cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before pick-up. Within 48 hours, a fee may apply depending on the vehicle. Please contact us as soon as possible for any change — we always do our best to accommodate.

A 30% deposit may be required for rentals over 3 days or for premium vehicles. The balance is settled at vehicle handover. We accept cash (MAD, EUR, USD) and Visa/Mastercard.

You will need: a valid driving licence (minimum 1 year old), a valid passport or national ID, and a means of payment. An international driving permit is recommended for non-EU licence holders.

Yes. All vehicles carry comprehensive insurance. An excess may apply in the event of a claim. A "reduced excess" option is available at the time of booking for complete peace of mind.

The minimum age is 21 with at least 1 year of driving experience. For premium vehicles (luxury saloons, high-end SUVs), the minimum age is 25.

Yes. All our rentals include unlimited mileage throughout Morocco, with no hidden surcharges.

We accept cash (Moroccan Dirhams, Euros, US Dollars), Visa and Mastercard bank cards, and bank transfers. An official receipt is issued with every payment.

No. Our rates are all-inclusive: insurance, unlimited mileage and local delivery in Marrakech. The only extras are fuel (not included) and chosen options such as a baby seat or GPS.

Yes — it is our most popular service. We meet you in the arrivals terminal with a sign bearing your name. Airport delivery is included in our standard rates at no extra cost.
